Love this game! Its simple but genius :3 Very addictive as well! It has great art, music and it's basically one mechanic polished until it shines :) Fantastic!
The 'play again' button after having won resumes where you left off in a win state instead of restarting the game. I like how when you move further distances the rumble sound is louder.
Great use of chess pieces! I think I got an upgrade, though, that made Queens and Bishops not move entirely. That was a bit too easy (like, no challenge at that point). Awesome game otherwise!
Game is really clever. Easy to understand especially if you know about chess. Had a lot of fun doing a few runs. Music and artstyle are nice and classic.
Think they only thing I wish for was a restart button :)

Really cool, like a quick-play tactics game.
The bottom right corner makes the rook disappear and the game seems to randomly soft lock and make a level without enemies

I fixed this but also decided to have it let you continue your setup instead of hard-capping your runs at 5 waves. Who knows maybe you can get to 8

'Queens and Bishops move two spaces less' was the one.
This is fixed now, just some broken nesting internally ;-;

I spiced up the death tune a little bit for the next release so that should be up later today. :)
